Deeplogix is looking for an Enterprise Customer Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between our platform and our most strategic customers. You will work directly with CTOs, engineering leads, and IT decision-makers at government agencies and regulated enterprises to design, deploy, and optimize AI integrations using the Deeplogix API and Synapse platform.

This role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, solutions architecture, and customer success. You will own the technical relationship post-sale, drive adoption, and be the internal voice of the customer for product and engineering.

What you'll do
  • Lead technical onboarding and integration for enterprise and government accounts
  • Design custom AI integration architectures using Deeplogix APIs and Synapse
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts post-deployment
  • Document customer integration patterns and contribute to our technical knowledge base
  • Partner with sales to support pre-sales technical evaluations and RFP responses
  • Identify adoption blockers and work with engineering to resolve them
  • Provide structured product feedback from the field to inform the roadmap
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in a solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong proficiency with REST APIs and at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go)
  • Experience working with enterprise or government customers in regulated environments
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the broader LLM ecosystem
  • Experience with on-premises or private cloud deployment models is a strong plus
  • Self-directed, comfortable in ambiguity, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours
  • Direct access to leadership and meaningful product influence
  • Work on infrastructure used by mission-critical government and enterprise operations

TypeFull-time
DepartmentEngineering
LevelMid - Senior

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale the Deeplogix platform. You will work across the entire product - from the APIs that power AI model inference to the dashboards and interfaces our customers use every day. This is a high-impact role at a small team where your work ships to production and reaches real enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with the CTO and founding team on both greenfield features and maintaining the reliability of production infrastructure. We value clean code, thoughtful architecture, and a bias toward shipping.

What you'll do
  • Design and build new features across the Deeplogix API platform and Synapse product
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services handling model inference workloads
  • Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces for the developer dashboard and admin tools
  • Own features end-to-end - from architecture through testing and deployment
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to understand and address technical needs
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of full stack development experience in production environments
  • Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Go - we use Node.js primarily
  • Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
  • Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth2), and database modeling
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud or on-premises deployment environments
  • Experience integrating with AI/ML APIs or working with LLMs is a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours
  • Work on a technically challenging platform used by enterprise and government organizations
  • Small team with a flat structure - your ideas reach production
